The Project endeavours to offer support to local secondary schools in exploring AI teaching. The Project provided several sets of trial toolkits to Pioneering Schools for their experience which will facilitate the Project's future AI toolkit development. Donkey Car is one of them.
In order to master the functions and make good use of Donkey Car, the Project organized a Donkey Car Training Workshop on 15 June 2020 at CUHK, which was well-attended by over 20 teachers from Pioneering Schools.
After a brief introduction of Donkey Car functions by Jonathan from RoboCar Store, teachers started training the Donkey Car model and conducted experiments on the track.
Teachers found the Training Workshop informative and helpful to facilitate their AI teaching in schools.
