Judging Panel
Members of the Advisory Committee of the CUHK Jockey Club AI for the Future Project (the Project), professors of CUHK, and professional representatives from the information technology sector and education sector.

Award Criteria
Award for Teaching Excellence | Participants who have demonstrated excellence holistically in the four assessment criteria mentioned above will receive the Award for Teaching Excellence. Each awarded teacher/group will receive a trophy and a personal certificate. |
Certificate of Merit | Participants who have demonstrated a standard very close to excellence the four assessment criteria mentioned above will receive the Certificate of Merit. Each awarded teacher/group will receive a personal certificate. |
Certificate of Participation | All participants will receive a e-Certificate of Participation |
Frequently Asked Questions
1What kind of content can be included in the video clip?
The video clip can include record of teaching during a lesson, record of student activities, introduction to prototypes developed by students, mock lesson of teachers, questions and answers between teachers and students, speech given by students, interview with students, etc. that reflect and demonstrate the results of utilising AI in teaching. The Project does not have any restrictions on editing and post-production of the video clip.
2If the content of the video does not contain any students’ portrait and work, do we still need to submit the “Authorization Form on Using Students’ Portrait and Work”?
No, there is no need to submit the form.
3Can I change the format of the “Authorization Form on Using Students’ Portrait and Work” to suit the standard format used in my school?
Yes. You can adjust the format of the form according to the needs and standard of your school.
4My school uses electronic notices. How should I submit the “Authorization Form on Using Students’ Portrait and Work”?
You can submit screenshots or other electronic files/records. For example, a screenshot of a copy of the notice, or an electronic record of the parent/guardian's response.
5What should I do if I cannot obtain consent on using students’ portrait and work from students’ parent/guardian?
If the student's portrait and work appears in any part of the case entry, please blur or cover it.
6I accidentally submitted incorrect information on the entry form. What should I do?
Please resubmit your entry. The Project will only review the last entry.
7Can I update my entry materials on the cloud folder after submitting the entry form?
You can still update your entry materials on the cloud file before the registration deadline. The Project will only review materials submitted before the deadline.
8How can I confirm that the entry materials in the cloud file have been successfully shared?
You will be contacted if the Project fails to access the cloud file provided in your entry form. It is also suggested that you manually share the cloud file link with cujcaiforfuture@gmail.com when uploading your entry materials to the cloud file.
