3What kind of content can be included in the video clip?
The video may include footage of classroom instruction, student activities, students’ prototype work or experiment demonstrations, mock lesson conducted by the teacher, teacher–student interactions and discussion, student presentations, student interviews, or any recordings made before, during, or after the lesson that reflect and demonstrate the learning outcomes achieved through the use of AI in teaching.
4Is editing or post-production allowed for the teaching video?
The Project places no restrictions on video editing or post-production. Participating teachers may submit either a continuous recording or edited video clips.
5If the content of the video does not contain any students’ portrait and work, or if all students’ faces have been concealed through post-production, do we still need to submit the “Authorization Form on Using Students’ Portrait and Work”?
No, there is no need to submit the form.
6Can I change the format of the “Authorization Form on Using Students’ Portrait and Work” to suit the standard format used in my school?
Yes. You can adjust the format of the form according to the needs and standard of your school.
7My school uses electronic notices. How should I submit the “Authorization Form on Using Students’ Portrait and Work”?
You can submit screenshots or other electronic files/records. For example, a screenshot of a copy of the notice, or an electronic record of the parent/guardian's response.

The recommended duration for submissions is between 10 and 15 minutes. Entries are evaluated primarily based on the assessment criteria; minor deviations from the recommended timeframe (within a range of +/- 5 minutes) will not adversely affect the final scoring.
10Does the competition accept lesson plans designed for multiple subjects? If such designs are permitted, how should the entry categories be declared?
This competition accepts interdisciplinary lesson plan designs. Regardless of whether the entry is submitted by an individual or a team, if the lesson plan involves more than one subject, all covered subjects must be specified in the "Entry Categories" section of the entry form. Please note that submissions will be evaluated primarily based on the assessment criteria rather than the quantity of subjects included.

Revised materials are eligible for submission provided they meet the requirements of the competition. However, entries will be deemed ineligible if the work has previously received an award in any other forum, or if participation in other competitions results in the infringement of the rights of any organization or third party.
