    The Best AI Award Top five students will be awarded The Best AI Award and offered a six-week job shadowing programme opportunity to experience the research and development process at CUHK during the summer, and they will even have the chance to apply for a patent for the R&D outcomes3.
    Silver Award, Bronze Award and Certificate of Merit Well-performing students will receive the Silver Award, Bronze Award and Certificate of Merit based on their rank.
    Certificate of Participation All students will receive a Certificate of Participation as an encouragement.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    1What is the format of the competition?
    The competition will be a closed-book quiz to test the students' abilities in AI and innovative technologies, as well as their mathematics skills. The quiz will include multiple-choice and calculation questions. Please remember to bring your own stationery and a calculator.
    2When will the competition results be announced?
    The results will be announced in late May on our website and via email. Certificates will be sent to participants' school by post between early and mid-June.
    3What is the "Job Shadowing Program"?
    The top five participants will be invited to join a six-week Job Shadowing Program during the summer holidays. They will experience the research and development process at CUHK and work closely with our research team to develop AI robots. They will even have the chance to apply for a patent for the R&D outcomes and become patent co-inventors!
