Camp Introduction

Objectives

  • Inspire participants' application of AI technologies in daily life
  • Enhance participants' self-learning, hands-on execution, and presentation capabilities
  • Foster participants' creative thinking, problem-solving, and logic-building skills

Eligibility

Students studying in the following grades during the 2025/26 school year:

  • Upper Primary Group: P4 to P6 students
    (Quota: 30 students; must be accompanied by a parent or guardian)
  • Junior Secondary Group: S1 to S3 students (Quota: 30 students)
  • Senior Secondary Group: S4 to S6 students (Quota: 30 students)

Camp Content

AI Specialised Workshop
  • Inspire students to apply AI technology to their daily lives through hands-on, practical workshops
  • Focus on enhancing participants' self-directed learning, hands-on execution, and presentation skills, and fully cultivating creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and logical reasoning
AI Education and Exploration Lab Tour
  • Provide on-site visits for students to the AI Education and Exploration Lab
  • Deepen participants' understanding of "AI for Social Good" through guided tours explaining the technical mechanisms and social contributions of various AI exhibits
Exhibition Visit
  • Explore the AI application cases and educational technology achievements developed over the years through this project
  • Provide an intuitive understanding of the practical potential and applications of AI technology through real product demonstrations and interactive experiences

Note: Participants are required to bring their own laptop (tablet is not supported).

Frequently Asked Questions

1What will be the medium of instruction for the Camp?
The medium of instruction will be Cantonese.
2If a participant misses any day of the Summer Camp, can he/she still receive a certificate?
The Camp encourages participants to attend all sessions. Participants must complete all sessions of the Summer Camp to receive a certificate.
3Can participants withdraw before or during the Camp?
The Camp encourages participants to complete the entire program. If a participant must withdraw from the Camp for any reason, please inform our staff immediately so that the necessary arrangements can be made.
4Will meals be provided during the Camp?
Meals are not provided. Participants are advised to prepare or arrange their own lunch for the day.
5Can participants attend the Camp alone if a parent or guardian is unable to accompany them?
For the Upper Primary Group (P4-P6), participants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the program and are not allowed to attend alone. For the Junior and Senior Secondary Groups, participants can attend the Camp independently.
